Path to/from Neil to boarding cruise/ferry is very unsafe to board/deboard the ferry. Though another pathway construction is in progress but not sure when it will be completed. The beautiful view of Neil may help you forgot the fear while deboarding.
i visited neil island in feb,2019. the path to the jetty is so bad that your luggage wheel can get damaged. also, its a long path so its advisable to hire a potter which you will find as you get down from the respective boat.
The government must repair the jetty immediately. The jetty is very narrow and most dangerous part of the jetty is that it doesn't have any handrail surrounding the jetty. Due to heavy crowd movement any incident may happen at any time.
I'm not sure how others can rate this as four stars as the place is a massive safety hazard. There are no railings, the floor is uneven, there is virtually nowhere to wait for the ferry and the security arrangements are poor.

Beauty of Neil can't be described in words , one must spend some time there and enjoy
