We visited Bali Zoo during our stay and had the package including breakfast with the Orangutans. We certainly were not disappointed as we had the opportunity to meet and play with 4 baby Orangutans in small groups while we were served a beautiful and plentiful breakfast. There were also elephants wait inning in the corner of the courtyard area of... More

What a wonderful place to visit. The animals are well looked after and don't look stressed in their environment. Walking through at night you will need insect repellent. The guide was very good and added a touch of humor walking through the grounds. We had a small group and a tough of rain made it a very magical night. The... More

Really great experience. Because you start your visit early you can really enjoy the animals peacefully.

It should be called 'Breakfast with the animals" instead of Breakfast with the Orangutans! There were so many animals to admire right in front of us and roaming free with their handlers, that we almost forgot to eat our breakfast. These 5 hours in the Zoo were the highlight of our stay in Bali this time!

My 3 year old daughter loved it and so it was worth the visit. Not the easiest of places to get to - it's away from the main tourist areas. Personally, I was disappointed. This is relatively small zoo, offering elephant rides and photo opportunities with monkeys! There's a couple of monkeys, elephants, orang-utan, an aviary, shop, restaurant and that's... More

I would gave to say this was one of the best zoo's ive visited. You dont get the feeling the animals are being "held in captivity as such" i really liked how close you can get to the elephants. My little one absolutely loved the water park that is in the zoo. We were contemplating the zoo or safari park......... More

Loved, loved, loved the Bali Zoo. Sure it is not huge as others have mentioned but it's the only zoo I have ever been to where you feel that you can get super close to the animals, it's such an interactive zoo. From the vet hospital taking a peek to what is going on to the petting zoo, it was... More
