Just a simple airport drop off but it was at 3:30 AM. Our driver Arelys was very pleasant, friendly and informative even for this shuttle ride. Her responsiveness from first contact through a schedule change and confirmation the night before, gave me a high level of confidence. I would highly recommend her company for transport needs, especially Western PR.

Our guide, Arelys, was wonderful. She was welcoming and friendly from the first. Thoughtful attention to detail. Significant extra effort, especially on behalf of a 90 year old. Puerto Rican history, people and events were included in casual conversation in a captivating way. Safety was uppermost in her care for us. Made sure we had an enjoyable, pleasurable time. We highly recommend Arelys to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

My family & I booked Wela’s at the last min for a quick trip & Arelys & Gabriel were ABSOLUTELY amazing & accommodating! The tour through Rincón & a town call Tres Hermanos in Añasco was simply beautiful! I will recommend Wela’s to all my friends & family! And I will most certainly book Wela’s again & again!!

Incredible. It’s hard to put into words how amazing my experience with Welas has been. The service started even before we arrived when they helped and recommended me spots to visit that me and my family would enjoy based off what I had told them. Not only did they make it easier for me to just relax, they chose the absolute best spots in my opinion. From food to cities to beaches I was honestly surprised with the way Welas knew everything I was wanting before I even knew. Along with their assistance it was mainly their ability to interact with us and keep everything entertaining. The drives in Puerto Rico are time consuming however Gabriel & Arelis made it a smooth ride with engaging facts about every town we passed, every landmark we saw, as well as every fact about Puerto Rico. Thank you so so much Welas you made a fun vacation into the best experience for my family and I.

If you're traveling to Puerto Rico with multiple people and want an effortless, and enjoyable stay; contact Welas Transport to curate all your events. You tell them your vision and like magic they bring it all together and provide roundtrip transportation. Not only do they think of all the small details but the hosts are personable and you will forget that they aren't long time friends.

Arelys and Gabriel were so accommodating to our time in Puerto Rico. She planned two fun days for us to see PR, fun activities, great food and learned the history of PR. She listened to what we said we wanted to do and provided a tailored itinerary.
Spending time with the two of them was like meeting old friends that you have known for a lifetime.

I booked a taxi from the San Juan airport to Aguadilla and then I booked a tour of Rincon. This company is professional, they were always on time and the communication was always on point. The place visited were so beautiful! I love Puerto Rico and I'll definitely book my transportation with WELAS in the future.

WELAS transport is the best! I called them the night before my wedding in Rincon to reserve 20 adults to and from our venue and they made it easy. Once confirmed, they sent over an invoice, and that was that! They went out of their way to help us in to the car and hold umbrellas while it was raining. We enjoyed their service so much that a few people in our group then reserved WELAS to get to the SJU airport the following Saturday. Thank you!

A wonderful day with WELAS! We had a group of 20 people in two vans and both drivers/tour guides were amazing. They were safe drivers and took us to great places -a coffee plantation, lunch, a driving tour through Old San Juan, and Bacardi. They were prompt, friendly, experienced, and efficient, and answered our many questions about the town and places we visited and passed on our tour. I would highly recommend Arelys and her family for any of your transportation needs!
