It is one of my favorite temples for lord murgan. Mailam is very small hillock village.it is situated between pondicherry and dindivanam. The most important festival is thai poosam and panguni uttiram. People perform kavadi and pallkudam here.

A few kms from the highway and a short road up the hill and you end up at this beautiful temple. A short flight of steps leads you to the shrine. Well maintained and clean, the darshan usually is quick.
