L’attuale chiesetta di San Pietro fu costruita alla fine del XV secolo in luogo di un precedente edifico sacro molto più antico. All’interno si può ammirare un “San Floriano” di Gianfrancesco da Tolmezzo. Suggestivi sono gli affreschi realizzati nell’area absidale da Girolamo Del Zocco, con scene tratte dalla Genesi e dalla vita di san Pietro. Originariamente vi era conservato anche un trittico, attribuito allo stesso Del Zocco, che oggi si trova nella nuova chiesa, dedicata a san Pietro, edificata in stile moderno a poca distanza dall’antico luogo di culto.
