We took this tour (10am) to have a look around the AIS. When you arrive there is some things to read that take no longer then 10 mins. Heaps of parking that is free. Tours are hosted by current AIS Athletes and we had Lachie...More

Only had time to do half of the tour, but the half we got to do was the best part of the tour. We headed into the action room where we got to try out the different activities. Rowing, ball kicking, reflexes, bike riding, skeleton...More

A great venue that has been brilliant in the past. Now it is poorly under-utilised and the gov't should be promoting the space for major athletic carnivals etc

I have been to the AIS for sport and rock concerts. It's a good joint and worth checking out if you're in town.

This is a great behind the scene look at a sport training center. Great hands on activity at the start which gets the competition going between the family. Gives the kids a little insight into what goes on in preparation that athletes do.
