If you ever get to go to the Sahara Desert you must take a ride on a camel. Take a small container with a lid or buy a cored sand ornament made by one of the locals.
Really great to experience the Sahara Dessert. The heat, the fine dessert sand and the wide views. Not to keen on returning any time soon, since the terorristic acts in Northern Africa the past months.
Weird on this place...... wasn't expecting power pylons in the desert!!! however after a lengthy smelly camel ride, much begging along the way.... must say its worth the experience

Don't forget to be dressed in white if you go during the summer. It is a good trip especially if you have a safari too.
Absolutely incredible. Out in the desert for 10 Hours and absolutely worth every penny. The staff were amazing, the quad bikes were fun and even got to see a real mirage.
Jeep Safari, fun and different, but a little contrived, regarding the Bedouin village. Would have liked to been able to see the sunset in the desert, but the ride back was exhilerating.
