There are churches in Pinetop and I'm certain there are ministers available to perform marriage ceremonies. Check with the church offices. You will need an Arizona marriage license to have the service performed.

Yes: this has always been the case in the past. You must call pinetop-Lakeside parks and recreation department (928-368-town) and get your name on the reservation list. I believe you have to pay a deposit for a Ramada, which has aluminum picnic tables and usually a barbecue nearby. I believe it is refundable if everything is left clean and picked up.
