Did the enchanted city tour today with Alberto, who was fantastic. There had been a lot of snow, but that made it all the more special. The highlight though was watching the nesting vulture and its chick through Alberto's telescope. Highly recommended.

Alberto was such a good guide. His knowledge on flora and fauna is so good. He even provides a telescope to help you see better the vultures in their habitat and bird watching on the lake. The enchanted forest is truly enchanting. Highly recommend a visit.

Ecotourism Cuenca's tours are excellent. I took two tours - Los Callejones de las Majadas and The Canyon. Alberto has an excellent knowledge of flora and fauna. His English is very good. My favourite event was viewing the vultures on both tours.

We booked a few days away in Cuenca and wanted to include a visit to the Enchanted city. We did not want a full day out with lunch, ten hours long for 130/140 euros, which most companies I found seemed to offer. After much searching on the internet I came across Ecotourism, Cuenca. I booked online at a cost of 25 euros per person. Alberto was our guide. He ' oozed' enthusiasm and his knowledge of the area and the flora and fauna was exceptional. Not only did we have an interesting walk around the Enchanted city, where he pointed out lots of plants, lizards, butterflies and so on, but he stopped, en route, to point out other places of interest. On the way back to Cuenca we were even treated to a sighting of vultures nesting high up in the rocks thanks to Alberto's telescope and tripod. His spoken English was excellent which we appreciated. We had a brilliant half day excursion. We would definitely contact this company again if we visit Cuenca.…

Ecotourism Cuenca is the only one tour provider with English website so that's why I got in touch with Alberto. With more than 9 years eco/nature consultant experience, the Natural Park of Cuenca is like his backyard garden. He can find you animal foot prints as well as maple leaves hidden under the snow. I will never notice the ruined shepherd's refuge without Alberto's guiding and explanation. Following his steps, you gonna learn how to calm yourself down and listen to the nature, such as the wind----imagine it's like the sound of the wave of the "lime stones ocean". He will prepare telescope for the guests for watching wild animals as well. The most appreciated thing that he'd done for me was, although the tour starting time is 09:00am, but my bus from Madrid could only arrive Cuenca at 10:10am at the earliest, so he negotiated with other guests and adjusted the schedule on that day for me, so that I might catch up the tour. And he even went to the bus station to pick me up. This is an incredible service! There are so many natural beauties in Cuenca, and I hope I will have a chance to stay here for longer period in the near future.…
