Great beach with crystal clear water most of the time, fun crowds and sufficient number of life guards. The beach has paid seating and umbrellas but usually are not available unless you come early and get your spot. There are plenty of cafe's and restaurants ( offering light snacks ) and paid sport activities ( expensive and reasonably priced ones). usually the beach is overcrowded during weekends and probably you will enjoy more during weekdays. Unfortunately more toilets and shower areas are needed in proportion to the crowds. Overall highly recommended

Nissi Beach is probably one of the most popular beaches in Cyprus. Famous for it's party scene during the summer months it has a great atmosphere, pure white sands and relatively clear waters (in the grand scheme of things).
There are lots of things you can do at Nissi, chill on a sun lounger (EUR 4 rental fee or EUR 20 per couple if you are on the slightly nicer beach club loungers), grab a bite to eat (there are some beautiful beach side restaurants where you can enjoy a fish platter or a cocktail (or 5)) – one of them being Taverna Nissi, walk from the beach to the cliff – Nissi Beach has a shallow part of sea that you are able to walk across to reach a cliff that you can hike, and jump off of, if you want to. It's a great experience.
When we visited we got to the beach around 11am and paid EUR 3 parking all day, right by the Taverna Nissi restaurant. We then walked down the beach to a Beach Club and rented two of the final remaining sun loungers for EUR 20 per couple (they were lovely and had nice, comfortable grey cushions and included table service within the venue (paid for separately). The beach was absolutely heaving by the time we got there and, if we didn't go to the beach club and just rented the usual loungers, we probably would have found it very difficult to find two together, so you may want to get there slightly earlier than 11am to avoid disappointment.
The beach itself was stunning and we enjoyed a beautiful Cypriot summers day. The breeze was delightful however it distracted you from how strong the sun UV's were and we ended up getting a bit sun-burnt – so don't forget your cream folks!
The loungers on the beach all seemed to be around 2m apart and socially distanced for COVID regulations which we liked as it made you feel safe.
Overall Nissi was a hit and we had the most delightful day.

When we arrived there was no space at all to sit, it is definitely overcrowded but eventually we were able to find space in the sand under a parasol which was €2.50.
Once in the water you are able to find your own space but it’s difficult to take many photos because there are so many people.
The beach itself is beautiful and the water is crystal clear.
Stay clear or the bars further at the top of the beach, they charged an extortionate amount for 2 drinks and the barman kept my change as a ‘tip’ without even asking me, I felt absolutely scammed and it ruined the experience for me. The staff here are very arrogant and they were keeping everyone’s money as well as coercing guests paying my cards to leave gratuity via card too. Stick to the resort bars.

Stunning beach with crystal clear waters. Shallow enough for little ones and those not so confident in the water. Lots of amenities. If you set yourself up on the blue sunbeds near the nissi bay beach bar you will experience a live dj in afternoon which was great. There is also foam and snow parties occuring at the nissi bay beach bar but we never witnessed that on our stay. You have to get here early though as by 10am most beds are taken. 2 beds and parasol is €7.50 (same price on all beaches in the area) We found a little supermarket along the alley behind the lifeguard hut selling baguettes, alcohol, water, ice creams, and everything else you can think of all at great prices, don't waste your money in the bar, snack hut etc we got ourselves a large baguette to share, large crisps, water and 2 beers for less than €10 easily.
Def recommend having a go on jet ski such fun and safety was controlled by GPS so they automatically slow down when your close to another jetski or boat.

€7.50 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella, I don't mind but something to consider. €4 - €5 for a drink from the bar, better off visiting the mini-markets unless you want hot food or cocktails. The sea was amazingly clear and quite warm. We so went on the double jet ski which was great fun, going 0-70 kph in about 1 second 😂

Nothing special, I expected a much better place. Too many people, there was no way to find the sunbeds at 10 am, it was just too crowded. The water is not as blue and clear as the one we see in the pictures. Nissi bar is nearby and it is pricy. Beer is served in plastic cups and it is 4,5e, but you get the cup mostly filled with foam. Too many drunk teenagers.

A great little spot for some relaxation! Very busy so try to get in early for a sunbed. I paid €5 for a sunbed and an umbrella and I felt safe enough to leave my things in my bag on the side while I went for a swim!
Drinks and food seem a little pricey and the staff was friendly the first time and then completely ignored me the second time I went so I walked away.
Beautiful clear blue water and much cleaner sand than other beaches I’ve been to while here.

Very picturesque beach, water is very shallow and clear even if you walk out to the other island. Water sports are good value for money, we paid 15 euros for half an hour on a pedal boat with a slide which was good fun, you can pay by card or cash which is convenient. If you look closely enough you can see little fish in the sea, water is very calm with no waves. Renting deck chairs is good value for money at 2.50 euro per chair and the bars behind you play good music throughout the day. Overall one of the nicest beaches I've visited.

Probably one of the most impressive beaches in the med, hands down. The hotel on the other hand needs to upgrade itself. Simple things. Mini bar is empty. They should fill it up with something. Running to the supermarket I think is ridiculous to get water a beer etc. Evening chocolate, it doesn’t hurt to pass by and leave a chocolate in the evening. Breakfast is very mediocre , disappointing. Getting towels is a complicated story, you need to prove your a guest, you need to return towels a big story for no apparent reason. Petra snack bar, located on this fantastic beach, and chairs are plastic, knives and forks are plastic plates too,and the whole presentation is depressing for a snack bar id say only in the Maldives I’ve seen. Small things really can make a difference. All this gave me the impression I was staying at a category C hotel. My marks were a 4 simply because it’s location was a pure gem

Nissi Beach is a lovely big beach, just outside of Agia Napa.
The waters are lovely and the sand is pure yellow and amazing.
Only downfall is, it is very commercialised.
Huge amount of sunbeds and restaurants on the beach, with loud music from each bar or restaurant blaring across the beach.
If your into that kind of thing then great! If not, there are small more peaceful beaches in Cyprus.
