Fantastic Balloon Adventure with Captain Peter

So much fun from beginning to end! Captain Peter is not only a highly knowledgeable and experienced pilot but also hilarious and full of wonderful stories that make the flight even better! My husband and I had the best time enjoying the gorgeous landscape below and listening to all the fascinating facts that Captain Peter shared with us. A balloon flight was a long-time bucket list item for us but it totally exceeded our expectations (I actually wanted start over as soon as we landed). Thank you Peter (and crew) for keeping us safe and entertained -- we wouldn't have wanted to fly with anyone else. Thanks also to Cantina Dionigi Winery for providing a most delicious breakfast and wine tasting after the flight. A highly recommended adventure!

Great Balloon Ride Over the Italian Countryside

Arranged this experience for my wife 50th and taking our teenage kids. The whole experience was fantastic and relaxing, especially staying over the night before and simply walking down in the morning to the launch site. Peter and the team made the experience fun and worry free. The glass of Prosecco and breakfast at a local winery tasting local wines was a bonus. Thanks Peter and Alya

Yes, staying at the La Residenza del Pilota is a great idea especially if you do not want to get up early! There are not many places in the world where you can walk to your inflated balloon ready to go. Thank you for staying and flying with us.

Balloon adventure

Had such an amazing time on the balloon ride. Peter was the most perfect host and pilot. He even accommodated us for a couple of hours until our flight in his rental properties next to his home with use of the pool and the views were just beyond words. He was so kind to drop us at the airport. Thank you so much Peter and team!

We had a great experience with balloon adventures. Peter, the captain, was great. We got a lot of information about the entire province of Umbria and about the balloon. He had great humor and was clearly very experienced. The balloon ride itself was beautiful and the wine tasting was fun.

Incredible views! Safety First!

I know some may be a bit hesitant, but the pilot, Peter, is a professional who puts safety first, so book your flight now! The views are incredible (this IS Umbria, after all!) and the experience of floating above the vineyards is hard to describe. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast afterwards was delicious! Go!

Great trip

A beautiful day for a balloon ride, though the wind was so low we didn't travel far. Beautiful views in all directions over the Umbrian plain, with Assisi in the distance. All followed with a wonderful breakfast at one of the local vineyards, and a tour around it.

Excellent experience

Absolutely the best! We stayed on site in the wonderful apartment with infinity pool. The balloon ride was stellar. We glided over farm land and had Assisi I. The distance. Views were top notch And pete was so much fun with a great personality

Amazing experience with beautiful views!

Captain Pete is an experienced balloon captain with a wealth of knowledge about the region among other topics. I felt completely safe and secure, being a little nervous before the trip. He partners with a neighboring vineyard where we had an Italian breakfast overlooking a beautiful vineyard with wine samples. After breakfast we toured the wine cellar. We thoroughly enjoyed Captain Pete and the wonderful time we had!
