The museum gives you interesting look at the past in Penong. The community crafts on sale are plentiful and some quirky. Volunteer ladies very friendly and helpful. Worth the visit for a gold coin donation only for the museum.

It's a long way from anywhere except the magnificent surf of Cactus and the insanely good Oysters of Ceduna. Oh yes the reason I was in Penong was because I was on my way to the dirt track motor racing at Ceduna.
