Lovely old picture house recently restored to its former glory. Different screens different sizes and all the chairs are comfortable . You can take wine, soft drinks and snacks that you buy in the kiosk there into the movie . Well worth checking this place...More

This cinema isn't part of a chain. I hear they bought up all the old fixtures and fitting from Art Deco Cinemas that were being modernised or demolished. There are several cinemas and each one is different. the whole building - foyer, toilets bar etc...More

I had seen the lovely Art Deco exterior from the street many times but until I went in I had no idea as to the extent of the renovations and the general high level of upkeep. I don't think it's exaggerating to say the interior...More

Always a treat to go to the Orpheum , which started on this site in 1935 . It has been lovingly retired to its former glory and is like stepping back in time . We go there regularly for their National Theatre Live broadcasts where...More

I have always loved this busy Art Deco style cinema, the variety of movies on offer and listening to the mighty Wurlitzer organ being played in the main cinema prior to the commencement of a movie.

This cinema is unique, and hopefully it will remain that way, what a wonderful experience it is to watch a movie here. This is how cinemas used to be before they morphed into the soulless caverns they are now. The Cremorne Orpheum should be up...More

Beautiful and amazing old style cinema like a perfect replica of a cinema from the 1970's but fully functional and very popular with locals and even tourists. One tiny snag is no reserved seating so get there early!
