I was amazed at the wealth of information and interesting displays at this local museum. What I thought was a small museum opened up at the back to many display areas appealing to adults and children alike. The volunteers who run this museum have done...More

Went with a group and I was impressed with the high standard of displays and presentation of all the items in the collection. I expect that a plant loving volunteer keeps the many potted shrubs and vines in lush shape and they make a difference...More

The guys down at the Samford museum are full of information and really love what they do! There is so much more to Samford than what you think you know and these guys are the guys to talk to about it!

As part of Moreton Bay Older and Bolder program visited this museum. Excellent presentation of history and how it was done way back then. Great venue to visit all sections and gratifying to see Men's Shed for the passionate male volunteers.

We dropped in to the museum as we had a bit of time to wait before meeting friends. It was really interesting, they have a huge collection of stuff - machinery minded people would especially love all the old equipment they have. It's divided into...More

Saw steam engines, blacksmith, old toys, war memorabilia, old schoolhouse and historical items all kept in great condition. Mind blowing for today's tech kids.
