Went on a very breeze day in Albany read the board giving you an idea if the blowholes are blowing. Like many people on the day we saw we looked at the swell and guessed it should be decent to get the blowholes happening. Unfortunately after the very long walk all downhill and quite steep in places they were not... More

A good walk to view the blowholes. Very steep in places but well designed with steps and guard rails. Unfortunately the blowholes weren't blowing as there wasn't enough swell but the view around was really fantastic. Not for the faint hearted though.

A difficult walk and climb to get there but well worth it. The blowing took us by surprise when it suddenly blew. Don't try this if you are fully able bodied as it is quite dangerous in places. Well worth it if you can go though.

Firstly you need to be aware that it's all down hill after you leave the car park and of course all uphill on the way back. There are also some steep flight of steps. The return journey is probably around one kilometre overall. On the day we made the trip the blow holes were not active so that was a... More

It is best to visit The Gap and Natural Bridge first. If there is a big swell the blowholes will be spouting. It is close to 1 km walk each way and the distance is not marked. They were just blowing the day we visited with a modest swell.

Great views on the way down the hill. Once you reach the blowholes themselves the rocky descent is quite dramatic. Quite a few people got pretty close to the edge, which seemed a little concerning to us, particularly with small kids running around on a windy day like the one we experienced! The walk back up the hill is achievable... More

Be warned it is a long walk down to the blow hole. The day we went was very windy and the sea was very choppy so I thought for sure the blow hole would be blowing. But..... nothing was happening when we were there. Oh well the luck of the draw I suppose.

this was a tough walk, about 800 metres, not recommended for mature age persons, there were plenty struggling when we did our walk, it is a tough climb back up. You do not know when walking down if the holes are blowing on your visit, some days they are and some days they are not, if they are not there... More

When we visited the blow holes the seas weren't very rough. So we couldn't witnes the water rise out too high. However whenever the waves did come in.. the effect created was quite awesome! :)
