La chiesa ďella madonna del carmine non abbiamo troppe notizie. Ma dalle fotografie fatte dal maestro donemico De Franco ,possiamo dire che già esiestiva 1800 .
lo ricordo nel 1930 , che don saln salvatore Apuzzo, prete della chiesa , interssava presso i sanfiisi d'america per farla riparare. Antonio lio ,un architetto audidatta.ne faceva le riparazioni, inclusa la bella facciata.
La Madonna del Carmine si festeggia la terza domenica di luglio.
