This beautifully preserved Presbyterian church is one street away from the main street from the pier and dates back to 1871. If you have limited time in Williamstown, stroll down this street and enjoy seeing not only this old church, but also some houses from the same era.

St Andrew's is named after the patron saint of Scotland, from whence many Presbyterians hail. The church is a handsome structure with a tall spire. St Andrews has an impressive organ, which has been renovated several times over the years. the pipes are all original. St Andrews also hosts an Oppe Shoppe in the church hall every Thursday, except during the Christmas and New Year period. The Presbyterian Church has been undergoing a revival in recent years.

St Andrew's is a fine looking building, mainly bluestone,It is quite big, but looks like it is ready for a scrub-up. I could not gain entry. St Andrews also has an op shop -- check for trading hours.
