Thank you for your kind review. The Lorne Visitor Centre's onsite souvenir shop is the perfect place to purchase personal gifts, Great Ocean Road and Lorne themed merchandise, homewares and current travel and camping guides, such as Otway National Park and Great Ocean Walk maps. The Lorne Visitor Centre is open 9:00am to 5:00pm everyday (except Christmas day). Thank you.

This place is a little gem and is well worth a visit particularly the information on the building of the road. You think it is scary now?

I visited this place when my friend and I looked the direction to visit Erskine falls. The lady at the visitor centre is very helpful and patient to explain all the places around Lorne. She doesn't want to make me regret who came far away to visit as much as places around.

Some nice gifts here. Check out the mini historical tour inside - it is worth walking through. Very walkable.

Located at one end of the town this is a must visitor centre to visit not only due to the friendly helpful staff, who provided useful local information, but mainly for the very comprehensive visual display of the how and why The Great Ocean Road was constructed. It’s a place you could spend an hour wandering around reading the information boards and interactive displays. This is a must place to visit whilst in this lovely coastal town.…
