We were so pleased we stopped at this excellent combination of Information Centre, cafe, coffee, local produce and an extensive range of local wines at cellar door prices.
The centre caters for most of your Clare Valley needs with a selection of casual food, a warm environment, lots of local information and dozens of different wines to select from and buy at cellar door prices.
We really enjoyed having a break from winery visits and touring at this centre with helpful friendly staff.
Highly recommend you stop and visit when next in the region.

Beautiful building and great staff. Staff were very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information and suggestions. We also did a wine tasting, which was nice to discover another new wine and took home some goodies. On Friday nights it’s happy hour from 5 - 7 pm, where each week a different winery is showcased and a wine tasting is conducted, we were lucky enough to be here and it was great, sampled some wines, then purchased a glass for $7. Very nice setting to enjoy a wine. Best tourist information centre I have visited, well done management and staff

Was planning my trip to Clare Valley and knew nothing about it. Contacted the lovely team at the tourism centre who were able to help me plan the trip make recommendations on where to stay, where to eat and what else to do. This was even harder as it was the week of the Food and Wine festival and many places needed bookings and was very hectic. I was pointed in the right direction and we probably had one of the best tours and times together with friends that I have ever been on. This should always be your first port of call if you really want to know anything about the Clare valley and surrounds. Can't recommend them enough!

Was an ok Visitor Centre in a good location next to caravan park. Lots on offer but felt a little cold and overstuffed, staff were a little stand offish and the on a whole the place felt a bit uninspired. Some lovely local produce on offer.

Hi Poppy.
Thank you for visiting our centre. All our products in the Centre are locally made within the Clare Valley Tourism Region and we want to create the best opportunities for our producers to sell their products.
We have an enormous amount of local support for our centre and in turn we try to support the locals.

Staff working in this centre were very friendly. Able to answer questions relating to the region with ease. An abundance of free brochures to take away and read at ones leisure. Hot coffees and wine tasting on offer in a sit down environment next to a heated fire. The centre also offers local produce, art and wine for visitors to buy.

I have visited many tourist offices while travelling and am prompted to write my first review of one because I was so impressed. Someone was eating a breakfast at the small cafe inside the facility (smelled delicious), my flat white was great, the local foodstuffs and crafts available to buy were impressive, and best of all the woman providing advice, maps and brochures was knowledgeable on not only on wineries but history, swimming pools and cycling. She knew the entire Clare Valley. She even had a daily print out of the weather to show us.

I called ahead, because I was travelling with my two dogs. I was allowed to walk through the indoor area to the deck, where I had a lovely coffee. I liked it so much, we all went back the next (hot) day. Not only were the ladies welcoming, they went above and beyond: offering a bowl of water for my dogs. For me, when in Clare...drink Riesling. I highly recommend this place and gratefully thank the staff for being such gracious hosts.

We visited on 2 days. Warm inviting atmosphere on cold winter days. Staff on both days were very attentive & helpful, providing us with maps and 'walks' that matched our general requests. There a good selection of local produce for sale, Toilets very clean. Recommend you call in at start of your stay in Clare valley to maximise your holiday. With local produce (bought from Clare), we were lucky enough to have winter sunshine for our picnic in the grounds adjacent to the Tourism centre.

We popped in expecting to get a map and not much more. What a surprise. This VIC is chock full of food, wine, clothing etc and is staffed by the most helpful young lady. We came away laden with local wine, olive oil and great advice.
