Peaceful and welcoming atmosphere

Our first visit to the Saltwater Retreat was so welcoming by our hosts Alison and Brian. Nothing was too much trouble. Our light yoga session was wonderful, stretching our limbs in readiness for our relaxing massage. Our host made up an amazing organic smoothie from our choice to re energise us. Our time there finished off with a hot spa chatting to a lovely couple from over the ditch. All in all a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you Alison.
