The best hot chocolate I have had in ages. Made from real quality chocolate - just devine! Lots of variety of chocolate types and fun to pick and choose. Staff were friendly even though we got there just before closing time, they were happy to help. Only downer is they don't appear to have an online store.

It was ok service, but the real hot chocolate is very worth while. Expensive, but quality chocolate indeed :) has a good range of chocolate to choose from and take home. Chocolate cake is also very tasty!

The chocolate was just so tasty and worth the return trip here. Its open till late so you can have your sweet treat late in the day. Large variety of truffles to choose from and they are all delicious.

Party of 8 visited early on a wet blustery day. Coffee (cappuccinos) Mocha, hot chocolate and a chocolate milk shake . Yum - all were happy with their beverage including some very "particular" coffee drinkers. The hot chocolate is particularly fun - add your own chocolate to a candle fired mug. The mocha was smooth and balanced. The surprise was... More

Initially I held myself back from stopping by another chocolate shop just cause I explored quite a few in Melbourne as well as other parts of Sydney during my stay. But o, I'll be thankful for the chilly wind in the evening that blew me in. I got the Real Hot Chocolate and you should too. I've never had anything so... More

Hot chocolate was very rich & tasty. But the staff was condescending when asking us to upgrade the hot chocolate drink to a larger cup. We were browsing for chocolates to buy but none of the staffs rendered their assistance & they were just standing there chit chatting & giggling amongst themselves. Very indifferent & unprofessional. The cafe was rather... More

You can get your very own customised chocolate drink. There's also lots of dessert, sweets and other goodies to buy back as souvenirs.

Arrived at 5.15pm on a Saturday. They barked at us to order hot drinks immediately as they we closing up. I asked what time they closed, they confirmed 6pm. Rude and abrupt, very disappointing customer service by all 3 staff members. We asked for Iced Tea 'weekend only' they said NO! We felt really uncomfortable, like we were inconveniencing them.... You have to visit this cute little chocolate factory if you're in Katoomba. The hot chocolate is a must!!! There is a massive variety of chocolate for purchase which is also very tasty. The staff are super friendly, and there are tables and chairs for you to sit down and enjoy some cake..... Yum!
