Absolutely breath taking! Whole day commencing with the trolley rides in the mountains, an aboriginies show, lovely lunch & then on to Featherdale Wildlife park to have picture with a Koala & feed kangaroos. Got to see a real Tazmanian Devil!!! Absolutely loved this trip & our guide Robert, who learned our names & used them with ease, was a... More

Amazing sights. All three drivers we met were very friendly and provided excellent and entertaining commentary. Much better value than the big red bus. One hour was easily filled in at each stop.

At Christmas I spent a couple of days in the Blue Mountains with my elderly mother who currently has limited mobility. This was an excellent option for us, and would also be good for anyone that's not into bushwalking. The drivers were all very friendly and offer a good commentary. The stops are pretty good and on some of them... More

My husband and I took the train from Sydney to Katoomba (about a 2 hour ride, at a cost of about $12 AUS per person roundtrip), where we bought tickets for the Blue Mountain Trolley Tour ($25 AUS per person). The trolley office is across the street from the train station. This tour is a Hop On-Hop Off trolley. There... More

For those people who want a day trip to Katoomba, catch the train from Central to Katoomba, on arrival at Katoomba Railway station, walk down the ramp, turn right, tap off your Opal card, take the stairs to the right. At the top of the stairs is the ticket office for the Blue Mountain Explorer Bus. Cross the road and... More

We found the trolleys to be very infrequent with buses running every hour. The wait can feel rather long in the hot sun and flies swarming around. It was a good option to see the city but we would've probably wanted to use a service that had more frequent service as we really only wanted to stop at Scenic World... More

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Indeed we are in the grips of a very long and drawn out hot spell, and in Australia that brings flies. On the lighter side, us Aussies are known for the "Aussie Salute", which is basically referring to swatting away the flies in the summer time, a quintessential... More

This was our first trip to the Blue Mountains and the trolley tours were a great way to get the first feel of the area. Since we traveled during the Christmas holidays we were lucky to have the trolleys running every 30 mins. The older trolley does rattle a lot but the other one we boarded did not have this... More

In my view this is easily the best Tory bus service in Katoomba. It is the cheapest that I could find and cheaper and better than the big red impersonal double decker buses. These quaint trolley bus services give a guided tour by well informed drivers. Use this company.

A day trip to the Blue Mountains without your own transport requires a hop on/ hop off bus and we preferred the look of this one. The driver to start /finish the loop was great, a fountain of knowledge which he was willing to share. We got off to do a walk with the plan to be picked up at... More

Agree with 2Coffees below. If you 'just' want to get to the Three Sisters and/or Scenic World from Katoomba the local buses are a better and cheaper option. They are more frequent and more comfortable. The trolley tour we were on did not stop at one of the stops where we had hoped to get out for photos (as advertised),... More

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. You are quite right, our parent company runs regular shuttle services to Scenic World from the Carrington Hotel.
