A much needed service in the Katoomba/Leura/Wentworth Falls area to tie them up with their popular attractions and to get tourists to visit them with the hop on hop off system. We found it so convenient and easy to use with the drivers being friendly,...More

We came up to the Blue Mountains for a day trip and we were not disappointed. First things first, when you get off the train at Katoomba railway station the Explorer Bus office is the first shop you come to outside the station. Which made...More

Don't waste your money! We were so disappointed with the Blue Mountain Explorer Bus! There was no information from the drivers except for the announcement of the stops. We found that the 686 city bus came more frequent. We ended up using the public bus...More

Hi khimms. The Lyrebird Pass is 83AUD and covers the Explorer Bus Pass and Scenic World entry. You can use the bus to hop on and off all day at any of the stops, including Leura. Buses are every 30 minutes.

Go to scenic world first before the crowds. Don’t ride the full loop. Do your research ahead of time where you want to go or talk to the drivers who are full of info.
