An overnight visit to Katoomba. I think it must have been around 1960-1965 since I last walked down to the 3 Sisters; so much has changed! A blast from the past; nostalgia! I'm 65 yo and it was a testing but enjoyable walk!
There are great views obtainable of one of Australia's must see attractions in the 3 Sisters rock formations - like Victoria's once 12 Apostles- but there were too many over eager foreign tourists who have no consideration for photographers.
Mass tourism aplenty on show.
You can't go to the Blue Mountains without checking this natural wonder out. When we visited there was low lying cloud/mist and this added an eerie atmosphere. Take coins for parking and expect to walk a wee bit. Car spaces fill up quickly.
