Apart from helpful staff who willingly share their local information, this centre is a must see for the short free holographic presentation alone, which explains the Japanese POW breakout and history of the local area. The jams & wines on sale are worth checking out...More

Staff are exceptionally helpful. The hologram theatre production on the Cowra breakout and history is amazing and it's free. Local wines can be purchased here as well at very reasonable prices.

The Visitor Information Centre is conveniently located with adequate parking, even on busy days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The holographic story about the breakout was amazing.

Stopping in Cowra for 2 nights and wanted extra information on attractions. The hologram exhibition about the break out was very well done. Definitely recommend a stop here. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly.

Make this your first stop in Cowra to see the holograph. It’s a terrific introduction to the history and a ‘must do’ before visiting the Cowra pow camp.
