As vegans, it was wonderful to have such a large range of chocolate to choose from and it's the nicest vegan chocolate we've had. We will be back for the whisky when it's ready next year.

No whisky until 2018 but the organic chocolate and licorice is worth going to for a visit. They have a very well patronised Cafe with lots of choices on the Menu too. (We had already had lunch).

Group of 15 friends... first meal arrived after 20 minutes of ordering, the other meals arrived randomly over the next hour. We walked out with one friend not eating after an hour of waiting. Meals received we nice, but not worth the wait.

We didn't go to the cafe this time, just checked out the chocolates. We tried every variety and settled on three. Locally owned and made and just delicious. A great setting!

It is hard to get a decent coffee in the country, however this establishment knows how to make a decent coffee. The coffee comes with a small sweet treat of chocolate licorice. A very good ploy to get you to taste and buy. The variety...More

Not being whisky drinkers, we only sampled the chocolates. All of the chocolates available from here are slightly more unusual than the normal common or garden variety. Depending of the variety, they can be fairly expensive, but hopefully worth every penny they cost.

Stumbled across this quite by accident, in time for breakfast. Generous meal size's, good menu, very good value for money. The staff friendly and polite. Pity couldn't look around , but the chocolates were excellent. Well worth a visit, but you do need to have...More

Hi Patrick, They have just completed their function room which looks great. Ceilings, floor, tables, and chairs are all wooden giving a fairly rustic look. The outside area isn't great during the day as there is limited... More
