Palm cove beach is absolutely breathtaking! I lived in Palm cove for nine months and I can honestly say there is nothing like it! Stunning!

As usual, Northern Queensland beaches are restricted by "stingers" and "crocs". This beach has a patrolled area so it seems quite safe. It had a gentle wave break most of the time we were there.

This is our third trip to Palm Cove and we love it. Strolling along the clean sand in the late afternoon before heading to dinner at one of the many restaurants along the beach is a must do. Even better, get take away and sit on the beach.....

Was a good break on the drive, we enjoyed having an ice cream and time on the beach. Would I stay longer, doubt it.

We spent several hours here during a recent visit to Australia. The beach was super clean, with beautiful sand and a relatively smooth walk out into the water. The stingers & croc net was up. There is a shaded playground adjacent to the beach and places to rinse off when you leave. There is also some shade, close to the... More

Palm Cove is a neat and vibrant spot with plenty of restaurants and cafes. The beach is pretty but not as wide or flat as others. Personally I prefer Four Mile beach at Port Douglas but its worth a visit for lunch. There is a stinger net, jetty and a few BBQs along the strip.

We were staying at nearby Trinity Beach and visited Palm Cove for a walk and lunch. Lots of nice looking restaurants and a beautiful Palm tree lined beach.

We had a lovely 5 days in Palm Cove during July where the days averaged 27 degrees. The atmosphere of the village is lively and vibrant with many great eating places, a few boutiques and a scattering of other small shops. Our only problem with Palm Cove and many other towns along the far North Queensland coast is that you... More

Beautiful beach. Has an area which is patrolled by life guards. Small waves which is perfect for the kids. Lots of nice places to eat. And a small park near the patrolled beach. Beautiful beach to run along
