We caught the afternoon shuttle bus from Palm Cove. Three hours was the right amount of time for my four year old - we loved the boat trip, snake show and croc attack show. Also enjoyed feeding the wallabies and patting a small croc and snakes. Well worth a visit.

I must say that this was quite a surprise. Although it had good ratings, when I saw the modest entry fee (discounted for seniors) I thought it would be just an OK visit to fill in half a day. Glad I was wrong! We checked in at 10 am and left after the Crocodile Attack show ended at 3.30. This... More

Although it says crocodiles that is not all they have. There is a little zoo, nice walk in the woods, you can pet kangaroos and be very close to koalas, take pics with them. Lots of kids and senior citizen friendly. There us a cafe and a little shop. Of course the crocs are the biggest attraction and you get... More

We went to Hartley's today and it was great. $37 to enter and you can walk around different areas. We watched the crocodiles being feed which was a real experience, they jump high for the food. You have a commentary about crocs which is really informative. Our boat trip was a bit quick as the guy was late but other... More

No trip to Cairns and the Northern Beaches is complete without a trip to Hartleys. The lagoon cruise is always spectacular, and as it was a morning visit, this time we saw the croc feeding. Brilliant day out, well organised all the tours flow nicely into one another. Croc attack show and snake show particularly good. Croc farm tour was boring I would give that a miss. Animal photography guys were great, very friendly and patient. All round good experience.

Spent half the day here and it was great seeing all the crocs and getting a photo with one. Only 25 min from port Douglas and they have a great gift shop.

Best to go in the winter, so its not as hot, though it is very shaded. Not a rainy day activity. Good to spend about 3-4 hours there including lunch. Staff are very informative and friendly. Plenty of massive crocs to see.
