Gruppo Flani was great from my first query two months ago to our transport to Las Terrenas and our return to Santo Domingo Airport. We (three families of three) also used them to get from SDQ into the Zona Colonial upon arrival in Santo Domingo. They are super easy to deal with, no question is too small or silly and the drivers were super safe and friendly. If you want to stop on the way for a bite to eat, they are super accommodating (pay for your driver's food, of course). I have nothing but good things to say about Gruppo Flani.

PS - Europeans, give your drivers a decent tip. At least 10%-15%.

Easy to arrange and worry free transportation

We booked this company via the internet and experienced top notch customer service. They were quick to quote a price and get back to me via email and their driver was on time to pick us up. We felt safe while riding in a comfortable and clean van with the driver. We arranged to be picked up after our excursion and our driver and van was waiting for us where he said he would be upon our return. The price quoted is what we were charged and we were grateful for the stress free travel experience with Gruppo Flani.
