What this trip advisor site fails to mention is that the caves are closed out of season . I drove out there to find ‘closed’ on the gate . I was on my own so it was an expensive trip to nowhere .

An easy and enjoyable cave walk with no hazardous sections - the formations are spectacular and the guides very knowledgeable - well worth the price of admission.

If you want to experience a caves walk without lots of stairs, this the one to do, with about 50 stairs going in, and same set to come back out. Some wonderful formations to see.

Great look back into the wonders of nature and the fantastic geology of the area and how fauna have adapted over the millennia to live in caves hundreds of thousands of years old only affected by man in the last 100.

The tour in the Cutta Cutta caves with Ben was awesome. Very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and just all round did a stellar job. The only issue I had is nothing to do with the tour. The NT government have chosen to spend over $700,000 upgrading the intersection on the highway to turn onto the road to get to the Cutta Cutta caves. What a waste of money! Could’ve been much better spent on upgrading the facilities at the site (predominantly the archaic toilets) rather than on an intersection that’s perfectly fine! Could’ve used more consultation with the mob running the tours and actually spent the money where it would actually be useful. I wish I could say I was surprised by the ineptitude of the NT government but here we are! Again to clarify we loved every second of the tour, my only issue is with government spending in and around our national parks.
