We went with a guided ranger walk past the aboriginal art. It was very extensive and impressive to look at. The walk to the lookout was brisk but worth it in the end. The sunset was magnificent. Well worth it.

We drove from Jabiru to Ubirr but found the road flooded by a metre of water so unfortunately were not able to visit. It was disappointing but all part of the 'Top End' experience.

Enjoyed the art and then climbed up to see the sunset. Lots of people but we found a good spot and looked over the wetlands and Arnhem land as the sun came down. Very pleasant and would be good to have binoculars to pick up...More

It doesn't matter how many times you visit this beautiful spot you never get tired of the view. Get there early and take a light snack and watch the fantastic sunset.

Definitely worth the climb. Stunning 360 degree views looking over most of Kakadu. Cave art that is near by is definitely worth seeing.

Visited with a tour group and hardly anybody else around. Amazing rock art at several locations on the gently rising pathway with good signage explaining the significance of the painting, although a guide would be preferable. We then started to climb, seeing more art as...More
