I have been wanting to do this place for a while. A little rough on the 2 wheel drive car but it made it. The walk up is steep but worth the hard slog. Cool down with a nice swim. So worth the trip.

Well the drive out from Jabiru is huge. However so worth it. BBQ area could be a little better. You need a 4 wheel drive as the track isn't easy. Pretty rough getting in and you need to take your time. Lot's of people not...More

Walked about one kilometre up a steep climb but worth it. Spectacular views over Kakadu plus the most tranquil and refreshing pools. Highly recommendable!

The place is not easy to reach. You must drive around 35 Km on a unsealed road to arrive there. Close to the car park there is a lagoon where you can swim and the view of the waterfall is amazing. There is a picnic...More

After a moderate walk up a steep path beside the falls, you arrive an infinity-like pool on the edge of the main drop of the falls, overlooking the plains of this beautiful country

This walk is fairly steep but reasonable. Wear boots to protect your ankles, water and bathers for swimming. Infinity pool is fabulous and scenery beautiful, nice spot to picnic and relax a while. No facilities so remove own rubbish

The climb to the top is very steep and over lots of rocks but worth every bead of sweat as the views are magnificent. The pools and fall at the top are a wonderful reward for the climb up. I have been in nicer pools,...More

The hike to the top of the gorge to get to the pools is quite difficult and there are many many flies which pester you constantly. But it is all worth it when you get to the top. There are amazing pools there, which give...More

Make sure you take a comfy car that can handle the extremely rough drive over dirt road. The climb to the top of the water fall is hard especially in hot temps but once you are up there it is a great view and amazing...More

This would have to be one of my favourite places in Kakadu. Stunning, beautiful cascading swimming holes. Very steep 900m or so climb to the top so those without a reasonable level of fitness may struggle to get up there. The water was clear and...More
