Fayla Tours did an awesome job! We had a large group of 19 to coordinate airport transfers and excursions to please everyone. Before leaving to Costa Rica we worked by email with Robert the owner to get airport transfers arranged for all. We were VERY pleased with the round trip cost to our resort! We paid a down payment and then paid the balance after arriving at the airport. They had guys there ready to grab our luggage and put us all on one bus which made the trip more enjoyable. On the way to our resort we stopped at a local convenience store and grab some refreshing drinks to begin our vacation! As for the excursions we had so many people who all wanted different things that we made a list and told Robert our wants and he made an excursion specifically for us, able to take all 19 of us. William was an awesome driver getting us up the steep mountain in a large bus!! Walter was our private tour guide who was very knowledgeable on all things Costa Rica and the region. Walter provided conversation and entertainment the whole trip which we thoroughly enjoyed! Our excursion consisted of a tour thru the rain forest with a local guide and Walter and giving us play by play of up close and personal with all the wildlife. The local guide was great with taking photos for us up close. We also went to a volcano that had mud baths, hot springs, waterfalls, suspension bridges and horseback riding. Of course we also made a stop to souvenir shop, get more drinks and grab some meat pies. Lunch was also included at a local place and it was delicious!!!! Airport transfers were affordable, convenient, reliable, and helpful. Walter was engaging, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and flexible. Robert was attentive, responsive, easy to work with, and very affordable pricing on both. On a side note, had we booked our excursion quicker, we could have paid Robert through PayPal but because we waited less than 24 hours before we went we had to pay cash which used up some of our cash funds!! We would absolutely use them again and request the same tour guide!!! Awesome job Fayla Tours!!

My wife and I recently traveled to the beautiful country of Costa Rica.
Rather than rent a car, we elected to use a shuttle service (Fayla) for our commute to and from the airport. Our hotel was located about an hour away from Liberia Intl Airport so we contacted Robert at Fayla Tours Papagayo and he coordinated the pick ups and drop off to and from the airport.
The experience and service was great, excellent service, prompt, courteous, and professional driving. At no point were we concerned and the drivers took extra special care to ensure we experienced safe COVID 19 mitigations.
So if you are looking for a professional, hassle free transportation at a very affordable price, I recommend Fayla.

Don’t even think about using anyone else! Robert communicated with us fast and pleasantly and kept us informed of every step. The driver from the airport to our hotel was great. The driver was on time and we found him quickly. Very courteous. Then, for excursions and our trip back to the airport Chris was our driver. I can’t say enough great things about him. We had great conversations. He showed us lots of things during the drives. He made us laugh and sometimes used backroads so we could experience nature.
On Tamarindo trip he stopped at a grocery store so we could buy coffee. Showed us beaches. And the car we rode in was very very luxurious, and all trips were private We got his car very dirty after an ATV tour lol. The next time he picked us up the car was spotless! Chris, you were outstanding. When we come back we hope to see you again.
I highly recommend Fayla. They make sure your trip is organized and are so nice. Oh, and the night before we came our airline made a very last minute change. Robert said no problem, we will accommodate you. We had a fantastic Costa Rica experience with Fayla. Use Fayla. They’re top notch.

My wife and I travelled to Liberia CR in December 2020. I booked fayla tours for transportation to and from our resort and airport. Our driver was awaiting promptly upon landing and there was great communication at all times. The drivers practiced mask wearing to ensure safety and I felt safe the entire time. The vehicle was clean and the ride was smooth. I highly recommend. A+++

Highly impressed with professional, reliable and good value service: We hired a mini bus service for 9 people during our weeks vacation for airport round trip (Liberia to Guanacaste) and for round trip to La Fortuna-Guanacaste. Everything was flawless..
Special recognition to our driver Guillermo for being incredibly accommodating, and for navigating the roads so professionally. Robert maintained constant communication and also helped to organise a boat trip with little notice.

My wife and I have just returned from a delightful visit to Costa Rica. Christian, our driver, was waiting to meet us at Liberia Airport and provided us chilled bottles of water. During the 90 minute drive to 'Dreams Las Mareas', he entertained us with information about Costa Rica and the Guanacaste region. We were delighted to again be driven by him on our return transfer yesterday. We found Robert's communications to be prompt and professional and would recommend Fayla Tours to friends and family when visiting Costa Rica.

From the start, Robert was very fast and efficient with communication answering all my questions by email. Him and his crew were so friendly from start to finish. They took us to the best spots for snorkeling, Robert even got in and pulled up different kinds of fish and creatures for us to hold and see up close. They also took us to a secluded spot to swim and feed the Coatimundis by hand. After our trip Robert sent us some great pics and videos he took of us swimming with a huge turtle. We were so happy we went with Fayla Tours for our snorkeling experience. Highly recommend!

We used Fayla tours for a private airport transfer November 2020. The driver was there to meet our flight and was very friendly and courteous. We had a great chat while driving to the resort. We felt very safe at all times during the hour long drive. We had lots of questions about the area which were answered by our driver in his excellent english. Since it was a round trip transfer, we confirmed our reservation and our room number at the resort via email with the company and they were very diligent about connecting for our return transfer. We did not use the service for any tours as it was during Covid so we stayed close to the resort the whole time. The car was very clean and comfortable. Everyone wore their masks as required. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We made arrangements from the US for pick up at the airport in Liberia to take us to the Guanacaste region. Location of driver was exactly as described, timely and aware of flight time changes. Air conditioned transport van in excellent condition, private shuttle with safe driving. Our departure flight had a last minute change and Robert was immediately responsive and assured us the new time could be accommodated, which it was. Same excellent service to the airport that we received upon arrival. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! RELIABLE!!

From start to finish by far the best tour company. Robert was in constant communication with me from the beginning keeping me informed of any changes to pick up time, etc. Chris picked us up from the airport and also returned us to the airport on the way home. Chris is very friendly and a wealth of knowledge of all things Costa Rica. He offered to stop anywhere we wanted both ways. We also did the sunset catamaran tour and Eddie, German and Captain Alex were so much fun and very excited to have us aboard and show us another view of Costa Rica. We snorkeled and saw lots of marine life including a dolphin, sailfish and stingray. We drank and had a nice snack. The sunset was amazing. I used three different tour operators on my vacation and can say with 100% confidence that Fayla is the only tour company you will need for all of your transfers and excursions. I will only use this company when I am lucky enough to return.
