Kapurpurawan Rock Formation, as being advertised by the tourism industry is in my own opinion over rated NOW. I used to visit the place when only a few are interested to set foot on that majestic creation of Mother Nature and it really was a breathtaking sight BEFORE. Even the splash of waves kissing the rock could be heard from... More

Best to visit this site not in the summer when it's really hot and there is little breeze. You'll be able to see several natural rock formations from strong winds that blow in this area. short walk to the site and worth the efort.

When going to kapurpurawan Rock formation be sure to put on some sunblock and bring your umbrella or wear a cap. The place is too hot even during mid morning but the view is amazing. You get to see some great rock formation and the beautiful view of the beach. Though there are some restricted are here where they think... More

I'd like to begin by warning everyone that this place is scorching hot, depending on the time of day you choose to visit. In my case, I don't think I selected the best time to go... To reach the actual rock formation that you could step on and have your pictures taken, you'd have to walk a REALLY long path.... More

Wear your most comfy shoes and coolest clothes as the hike to the rock formations will take at least 15 minutes. Bring a hat or cap too! It can be hot as there are no trees for shade along the way. You can hire horses if you like which are guided. Allot 30-45 minutes for this place. More of the... More

1. I won't recommend going during noontime, it will be too hot. 2. The place was packed with tourists. 3. You have to walk about 200m to get to where the horses are. 3. There's no admission fee. You only pay if you opt to ride one of the horses instead of walk to the rpck formation. They charge P100... More

The best time to visit is around 7-8am and 4-5pm because in between it is sooooo hot! I cannot help myself but just watch and look from afar, I want to get closer but I cannot stand the heat coming from the sun. So I just took a photo of it from a distance.

Came with my cousins and hung out for an hour. It was certainly interesting and you can have a quick local lunch and buy some souvenirs. My cousin did the mini horse tour. Stop by if you have an time!

The rock formations are nice to look at but be ready to walk under the scorching heat of the sun. I had an umbrella and it still was hot. Anyways, if you can get near the formations, it would make a great cover photo. If not, just be contented with a picture at the view deck.
