I took my grandson along for the very first time to Splash Planet and the day was sunny with lots of people around us having fun. The toddlers pool was icy cold which is why children were not playing in it. Surely the water in this pool could be more tepid for younger children.

My son's favourite part of our NZ trip was Splash Planet. It was great fun for the whole family and in comparison to Aust priced theme parks - a good price (don't forget to use your Top 10 Parks card for extra 10% discount). We had a 30degree so was perfect weather. Great for all ages - we had a... More

Enjoy the pools and the attractions . A bit expensive for a family but still worth the visit. Very popular attraction

Have been here several times in recent years. A great family fun park that offers fun in and out of the water. While the slides are fun, they cannot be compared with those overseas, but pretty good for nz! Water is very cool even in summer. Great dry activities and rides available. Can take own food in for picnic or... More

Great place to have so much fun, loved the go-karting, mini golf, bumper boats, lazy river and amazing slides.

Had a great day at splash planet floating around the lazy river and whizzing down the water slides! Queues for the go carts and bumper boats were crazy long but still had a good time. Food was basic but nice and not to badly priced. Bring your sun screen and have a great day.

We timed it perfectly with school holidays ending to miss the bulk of the summer crowds, going the Friday before the long Waitangi weekend. We enjoyed a long day of virtually zero queues, endless rides on the slides and all the other attractions to boot (mini golf, bumper boats, go karts, kayaking, flying fox...). We absolutely loved it!!! The weather... More

What can I say? This is the second time we have traveled here to visit Splash Planet. The queues were backed up into the car park when we arrived but didn't have to wait long to get in which was good. I initially was going to stay for a couple of hours but we ended up staying til close before... More

Luckily we were within walking distance so didn't have to face the car park. Would bring more food next time and more sun screen. The boys didn't think some of the rides were worth queuing for but the water slides catered for a wide range of ages.
