Do this tour! We were on 2 vineyards, met very nice winemakers, had delicous wine and food and very very nice tourguide.

Are you going to the Vipava Valley? Plan this trip!! This is a must do. The hosts are super friendly. You get to meet two winemakers and taste more than 10 wines and eat good slovenian food. Loved this trip and met some nice people!

You need to do this if you come to Slovenia! Perfect way of trying Vivapa valley wine. You talk directly to the winemaker in an intimate setting. Lots of wine and good food. We were collected from our hotel and transported through the stunningly beautiful countryside of the Vipava Valley. We stopped at small family run wineries to sample delicious wine and local produce. It felt like a truly local experience with each producer telling us the unique and passionate story behind their wines. The winestronaut team were very knowledegeable and engaging and allowed us to visit wineries we otherwise would not have seen. A superb afternoon with wine, food and even Slovenian song!
