About
The first wine fountain in Slovenia offers a unique and unforgettable experience for wine lovers and gourmands. With a wonderful view of the Slovenian coast, you can enjoy excellent open wines from local wine cellars and premium wines from the wine cellar of Vinakoper. Food lovers can taste Istrian cuisine in our pavilion where we offer truffles, chocolates, sea salt products, and many more excellent locally produced goods.

Good idea to promote local wines, with having a fountain to try more of them. You buy glass and fill the card. Some wines are on the outside fountain, some insite. Cute local store also here. Expected more small wine producers, but sadly Vina Koper are big and influential, having more pipes for them. Nice bus driving to the fountain from the sea side.

On of the best views of Koper and part of Slovene coast from the fountain. With a glass of wine you get from hi-tech wine fountain spot is perfect! Not far from the coast.

Great view and chill place but horrible wine selection. All massively produced wine from large wine cellar VinaKoper. It is not a wine fountain as advetrised. You get a wine glass that you can keep as a souvenir and you get 3 tastings from the automatic wine dispanser

Good place for enjoying the local wines. Cheese and pastries are served from the restaurant nearby.
On Saturday evening there was a great concert.

(This review has also been emailed directly to the company too) I was there last week. It was the WORST WINE EXPERIENCE EVER!
Firstly, we get to the door, there is nobody inside. A person with a backpack on comes inside and says “I can help you” and he starts to serve us. I ask him how does this tasting work? Remember I have never been here and have no idea of the process of this experience. He says 3 tastings €12!!!!!! At that price, I’ll have one! As he does, another young lady comes up, hands me a wine glass in a bag, charges us and they both walk off! Not a further word. Not a thank you, not a explanation of ANY BLOODY wine!

I hear a rattling in the bag, oh, they are the coins you put in the machine that has 4 taps! What exactly are we drinking? Is it mass produced garbage? Is it a refined, matured, oak driven style. Is the red sweet? (Yes, and a waste of a tasting). Is it a full body tannin red, left in contact with the skins for 3 weeks?

Everything is a guess. The sweet wine we would NEVER have tasted, but as we didn’t know, this was one of our 3 tastings. We tipped this one out!

What an expensive, poorly presented, EXTREMELY poor informed and explained experience.

I will never come here again, and will tell my friends to not waste there time.

Tasting wine is a pleasure. It should be delivered to the customer in an informed manner to explain the characteristics of the wine and the wine making.

The wine road leads to Marezige, a remote hamlet, on the land of Refosco in Slovenian Istria. At the top of the ridge there is a stunning view of the surrounding area with blue expansions and scattered peaks.

The panoramic view is exceptional, you have to stop even just to take photos, the view is truly worth it. If you then want to stop and nibble on something they offer generous platters of cured meats and cheese, at a cost of 13 euros, on the side you can get 3 tokens with a glass for 14 euros and taste the wines, unfortunately we come from areas of DOC wines, tasting them were not exceptional for us.
