Great hospitality, extremely friendly and easy-going, and amazing views. All while quadbiking over hills, through creeks and across countryside! Absolutely would recommend for anyone! We stayed in Christchurch and were so glad we booked and made the 2-hour drive up. If you're looking to do quadbiking in Christchurch, look nowhere else.

The two brothers that run glenstrae are just great. Great to have a laugh with and soak up the scenery and have fun riding ATV at the same time. I absolutely loved every minute!!! Make sure you take a pocket with a zip so you can take your camera..... MUST DO IN KK!!!!!

My girlfriend and I lived in NZ for a year and my parents in their fifties joined us for a two week trip down South in March. The quading at Glenstrae was certainly a highlight. The incredible views of Kiakoura, amazingly funny and quintessentially kiwi tour guide as well as ample opportunities to satisfy both my and my more timid... More

A lot of people come to Kaikoura to do the Whale and Dolphin experience but you should also take the time to go and do this awesome Quad biking adventure. For me it was the fact that you are taught very well how to handle the bike you have a great conversation with Alistair and the countryside is really spectacular... More

I recently took my 18 year old son Jack for an awesome Father and Son Adventure and visited Alastair and John's Glenstrae Farm to do the Quad Bike Adventure Tour. What a fabulous outing with breathtaking scenery, a well organized trail and Alastair as our fantastic tour guide. This is a MUST DO activity if you're coming to Kaikoura, so... More

To begin with, we were very warmly greated to the Glenstrae farm by Alistair and his brother! Absolutely top blokes with a great sense of humor that make you feel very welcome and excited for the activity ahead! Myself being an experienced rider felt right at home, however the training that Alistair gave was fantastic for novice riders! No need... More

We were supposed to go on a Seal Swim but it got cancelled due to bad weather so were recommended by locals to try this. John and Allistair are the ultimate hosts with unbelievable local knowledge, a fabulous sense of humour and were loads of fun to boot. They are brothers and third generation land owners and they just know... More

Myself and my boyfriend took a 2-3 hour trip with Alistair on the quad bikes and we had a great time. The quad bikes themselves don't take too long to get used to and once you do they are a lot of fun. They allow you to see some amazing scenery around the area. We also got to see both... More
