The experienced staff have good local knowledge. The centre has all the usual on local attractions. They will also source both local and other NZ accommodation for you.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They sell decent postcards too. All day parking is available next to building.

The staffs helped me: 1. Find an address I needed and called a shuttle to bring me to that place. 2. Reschedule my Intercity Bus to Christchurch. 3. Showed me the way on the map to find the seals.
