Nice idea to have a soak in a hot pool or barbeque while kids swim. But was very disappointed in the over the top price charged for bystanders who want to watch the kids swim but not swim themselves. Also the queing area leading to the entrance has no shelter from the rain. Pity.

Lovely and warm with a massive pool - very surprised at the heat of the big pool which was very toasty - love it! Facilities could do with some updating and this would be a top notch attraction. Jumping pillow and playground for them also however the surrounds were quite muddy so didn't get to use this in winter. Would... More

Drop in for a soak & fish and chip dinner every couple months. Very relaxing and the fish & chips hit the spot every time. We would go a bit more often but it's a bit expensive for us - I'm sure it's not cheap to maintain and a bit off the beaten track.

The Miranda hot pools has been around for a very long time, always great for the swim summer or winter, take the kids pack a picnic plenty of space and shade, the accomodation park just through the gate, plenty or parking, great to stay or just the day, a highlight in our area.

We love Miranda; great place to sit soak and relax. The burgers and chips from the takeaway shop are outstanding. Great place to take the family as well - BBQs available.

Relaxing and deliciously warm-hot pools on a winter's day. Good facilities. Young chap to whom we paid our money looked rather bored and decidedly uncheerful, but other young lady staff member much more sunshiny. A smile is all it takes to makes us feel good.

Enjoyable relaxing mineral pools, though can get very busy and noisy with children around, pools itself and shops are great though,

This is a favourite on a chilly sunny mid winter's day and a great place to thaw out the bones. Hot thermal water at between 36 and 39 degrees Celsius does the job pretty quickly. We've even been here in the rain and it still brings a smile when you enter the big pool!

I've been a couple of times, the main pool is massive. You don't swim in it, you just lie around and relax. There is an adults pool which is even hotter and a kids pool for them to paddle around in then go an jump on the big inflatable bouncy thingy. I reckon the best time to go is when... More
