About
Since 1997 Jarvis Estate has excelled in wine production and offer the very best in Australian wine. Operated from the home vineyard in the heart of Margaret River, this world-class vineyard is also the family home of Matt & Jackie and their 3 daughters. Our red wine range includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz and Malbec. We also produce one of Margaret River’s best Cabernet Francs. Our award winning white wine varieties include estate grown Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. We pride ourselves on being a true ‘estate’, one in which our grapes are grown, fermented and bottled entirely on our own property. By carefully controlling this process, we ensure a better quality wine for your enjoyment. Whilst the cellar door experience is highly sought after by visitors to Margaret River, we at Jarvis Estate like to offer wine lovers something a bit different. Instead of a traditional cellar door we offer free vineyard tours and tastings!

We visited this small family run winery as part of our full day wine tour, and it was well worth the visit. All their wines are sold cellar door only or through their Wine Club. We tasted 5 or 6 wines (it was late in the day) as well as their WTF (Wine That's Fortified). This is in the style of port but they are unable to call it that because of licensing restrictions. We did our tasting in the barrel room with a young trainee winemaker, who was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about the wines. Highly recommended

Sarah is an exceptional host showcasing the best of Jarvis Estate wines. Brilliant to know there is something for everyone, their reds don’t contain allergens - bonus!

Their WTF (not what you think) is outstanding, a true locally produced fortified wine - it’s delicious! You must also try the Limoncello.

Definitely a must visit, it’s pet friendly and you will be welcomed with open arms.

This was the last vineyard on our full-day’s tour so our group had all got to know one another a bit however, the friendly, funny yet knowledgeable host and owner Matt made this visit extra special for us.
He easily blended interesting facts about the development of his vineyard with jokes and banter throughout the tastings so we all felt relaxed and at ease.
Next time we go we may take up the option of their campground, which includes complimentary wine tasting too…
It almost goes without saying that we bought a few bottles to enjoy at home, including their ‘pièce de resistance’ wine that’s fortified - imaginatively abbreviated to WTF!

We were 14 people on a chartered private bus on a wine tour.
Called in to the winery for wine tasting.
Beautifully presented estate and wine tasting room.
Our Barman Omah (I think that’s how you spell it) a Swedish Gentleman was the highlight for me. His sense of humour during the wine tasting was very funny and had our group laughing their heads off. Their wines were excellent and their liqueurs and limoncello even better.
You can stay at the estate in your caravan provided you are totally self sufficient. We will definitely put this on our list for a stay on our next trip down south.
Thank you for a really enjoyable wine experience. Our group loved the visit.

Of the many wineries that we have visited all around the world we have never met a more obnoxious host than Sara. Perhaps she was just having a bad day but we all decided she was definitely in the wrong job. Her lack of knowledge about wine was only matched by her brashness. Give it a miss, every other winery that we visited in the region was a far more enjoyable experience.

We stayed 4 nights in our Van, camped amongst the vineyards with views of the vines, dam & countryside... Such a peaceful and serine environment.
Close to Margaret River town, restaurants, breweries, other wineries... fabulous location.
Highly recommended for self contained vans and couples who are keen to relax in a vineyard outlook and enjoy peace & quiet and maybe some wine....

Sara our host was great. Good information on wine. Great tasting wine also.

It’s a small winery that we would have missed if not on a winery tour. Go there, drink wine, buy the wine.

All made and bottled in house

Recently visited Jarvis estate on a tour through “Cheers winery & scenic tours” with Chris. This is a small bit modern facility where host Matt made us all welcome. The WTF wine from the barrel tasting sealed the deal for us. Excellent winery- a must do!

Always an experience . I have been to Jarvis Estate many times over the years. The wines are amazing and very well priced. It is more than that though...what keeps me coming back is the friendly informal atmosphere. Amazing place, wish I could score higher than 5 stars
