Viewing platform purpose built above Logans Beach is ideal for viewing the visiting whales - 7 with their calves this season. Beach not suitable for swimming, but the sand is lovely and soft and great for a leg workout!

We were lucky enough to see quite a few whales when we went last Saturday (start of September). The viewing deck is awesome and can accommodate many. A must go in September to see the whales and their young frolic in the water!

Great to be able see whales from dry land. More steps down of viewing area would have been apreciated. Fell when getting down
