Be delighted by the remarkable sights and sounds of Bendigo as your tram shares entertaining stories about the golden past of the city founded on one of the world's richest goldfields. This hop-on, hop-off tour stops throughout the city allowing you to explore many of the parks, attractions, shopping and dining facilities that Bendigo has to offer. Hop off at Tram Stop No. 3 to explore Australia's oldest operating Tram Depot. You will discover the colourful history of our iconic tram fleet and see first-hand the craftsmanship and techniques that are involved in restoring each tram to its former glory. Your Vintage Talking Tram ticket also includes the Anzac Centenary Tram (which tells the story of Bendigo as it was during World War One) or the Dja Dja Wurrung Tram (which shares the traditions of Bendigo's first people).

This not just for tourists but we hopped on at the museum for the talking tour tram along the existing tram lines The only thing wrong is the noise of the tram tends to drone out the commentory still worth the trip round trip takes...More

We went on the tramway as 2 families with a teenager and a 7 year old... the commentary was great and informative. Everyone enjoyed the one hour round trip.

Did a trip on the talking trams great way to hear about the history of Bendigo. You can visit their museum at the tramways depot. Staff were great and helpful.

As part of the Bendigo Trams you are able to go inside parts of the depot. The tour is self guided. It is noted that the cafe/shop closed at 2.30pm the day we visited. Great to see these old trams being faithfully restored.

This is a good way to see main attractions in Bendigo. You can do a round trip in approx 1 hour or “hop off”at the attraction you wish to visit and then “hop on” to the next attraction. (The tram does stop at the tram...More

The trams have a voice over telling of the history of the places you are heading to eg Joss House . You can hop on hop off along the way and as if was Easter we paid $12 for a 3day ticket . Great way...More
