Disgraceful facility and staff, place is filthy dirty, smells bad, rubbish bins overflowing, and the staff are the most rudest I have come across for quite some time. Counter staff need to be sent on Customer Service course.
Some of the tramps were off limits as they were faulty or broken, therefore crowing the other areas.
I do not recommend this place at all.

Great for Kids
Aug 2019 • Family
What great place for the kids to bounce of some energy. Great cafe for parents to grab a coffee while sitting to watch the kids. Kids had a great time. We will be back 👍

Kids love coming here
Feb 2019 • Family
My kids love coming here - they would love to come back each week if they could. Even this big kid enjoyed it!

Good but not cheap
Apr 2019 • Family
Took my kids there today. Was able to just walk in without having a booking. Is good entertainment for them with appropriate supervision. At $17 per child per hour it is not cheap though.

Great fun!
Oct 2018 • Family
This was our first time to Airtime 360, and our children loved it ( ages 6 and 11)
We got the cheaper week day rate and stayed for ages, kids were totally worn out !
Lots of trampolines, mini golf and, play equipment .
So much fun, will definitely go again.

Disappointing
Sep 2018 • Family
Disappointing with how many children are aloud to go on at once, within 5 minutes I saw three different children collide and in tears. My boys were very disappointed.

Disappointing - could be so much better
Apr 2018 • Family
Compared to other trampoline parks in Australia, this was a big disappointment. We visited on a warm day - ten minutes of jumping and we got unbearably hot.
The trampolines are stiff, which disappointed my 12 year-old. He normally enjoys flips and tricks but couldn't get much height on the Airtime mats. Younger kids seemed to be having a better time, so consider coming if they're under 8.
One supervisor for the whole place was insufficient.
The laser tag and mini golf activities in the complex are probably more fun.
Front counter staff were friendly and helpful.

DO NOT visit on a hot day
Jan 2018 • Family
We visited Airtime 360 on a summer's day as a school holiday treat for the kids. This place is basically a big tin shed sitting in the hot sun with no air-conditioning. It was nearly empty and I now know why. It was so hot and humid inside it made 2 of the kids feel sick. One jumped for about 5 minutes before getting a headache and the other one couldn't bring themselves to jump at all (and they are usually very energetic). We also paid an additional $8 each for the indoor playground centre which was not as hot, but still unbearable. The team of very young staff seemed uninterested, sitting around chatting the entire time. I felt sorry for the ones who were actually working as they had sweat running down their faces too. I believe this place would be fantastic to visit when the weather is kinder.

Spend the better part of a day with great mix of activities
Jan 2018 • Family
This complex was a huge hit with our grandsons. Everything from trampolines (4 areas) to laser tag, mini golf, and inflatable activity area. Power carts were nice but an optional expense. The package deal was a great value but the "temptations" of dozens of coin operated games etc. are a challenge to even the most disciplined. If you are not careful you can drop heaps of additional money in the blink of an eye.
The staff were amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. Some of the best service ever!
The misters spraying fine water at the trampoline area were very welcome on a very hot day.

Fantastic value and emtertainment
Sep 2017 • Family
We visited midweek with 4 kids aged 8-11 and they had a ball. It was toddler time between 9-11 so we were given access to the indoor play area and mini golf for a small extra fee. The 4 Kids were fully entertained for 3 hours for around $40 total! Highly recommend.
