This is a small collection of cars some of which were for sale. They charge 16 dollars admission. This does not seem good value to me. There was a first Falcon GT, an immaculate Kawasaki 900 and a few Ducati desmo.

A perfect way to see the old and new of the automotive industry and how we moved around the country. A must see when in Launceston. We couldn't afford to buy the real thing but did walk away buying a small model of the car...More

Really enjoyed our visit to this museum - to do it justice you should allow around 2 hours.... there are some amazing vehicles on show including one of the cars left 'hanging' when the Tasman bridge was struck! The shop has some amazing books and...More

Conveniently located just across the road from City Park in Launceston, this motor museum brought back some memories of cars from our past. All immaculately restored. Upstairs there were also motor cycles. It was fascinating to see just how much both types of vehicles have...More

All automobiles have been maintained to the highest of standards, with some over a century old. However, no concession rates are offered. Furthermore, inside the museum there is no air conditioning, and it seemed no ventilation either. It was just too stuffy inside to stay...More

In summer it might be possible with early starts and long days, but in winter I think it's probably close to impossible to do several of these days. The days are short in June and the back roads of Tasmania are not good for driving on at night. How long does each game of golf take? On Day 5 you seem to have allowed an entire day for Barnbougle Dunes, but on Day 2 for example, you may have only an hour or so available if you intend to drive to Tahune Airwalk and back. Luigi
