We missed it by not long at all, we actually passed the tour as we entered so really only just missed it... They were unwilling to catch us up... even when i pleaded... We had had a really crappy day with most... More

We found ourselves in Launceston on a cold and wet Wednesday - so glad we decided to do the tour. Matt was fantastic as our guide, very knowledgeable for some one so young. Interesting to see and hear the history of the brewery which is such an integral part of the history of the city. Must say I even enjoyed... More

Matt the guide was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. The tour flowed smoothly through the brewery. As it was a Saturday it was quiet and you didn't get to see the bottling in action. The tasting was great. I'm not a beer drinker but I enjoyed the crisp clear premium lager. We were on the last tour of... More

Our tour guide did a great job in explaining the whole brewing process though the canning and packaging line was not operating. At $33 a bit expensive for what is really just an advertising and promotional tour. 3 beer tastings and some cheese at the end.

Not one to knock back a beer and when the chance to visit somewhere that it's made, I'm in. Had a good time, the staff were friendly and helpful. The tour is a good time filler, short and fun. Then to have taste testing afterwards (with cheese and biscuits), well what can any true beer drink say but, thank you.... More

We were here in Launceston when one of those wild storms arrived and our place had no power so we thought lets go to Boags Brewery. What a godsend that we did. We didn't do the tour as we had just missed it but the place was warm, cosy and inviting. We sampled the beers and had a very tasty... More

Came here with my partner, we were lucky the group who was booked on with us booked the later tour...turns out it was a bachelor party on the pre drink session. Regardless, our tour guide was amazing and friendly with a wealth of knowledge, and after at the beer tasting, well I wouldn't help my self by purchase a few... More

We Loved the cheese and beer tasting. Only wish we could buy their Wizard beer at home in SA! It was raining so some of the outside touring was wet plus none of the factory was working as quiet tine of the year. Lots of fun though and an umbrella was supplied.
