Very interesting.

This was a great way to view the gorge with someone who had local knowledge to tell you about all the history.

My fiancé and I decided to go on the 50 minute 1:30pm tour. Skipper was very informative, happy and very friendly. Had a joke with us as well. Winter special second person cheaper and can use your ticket for a variety of discounts at other places with no expiry. We will be back!

We did the longer Tamar Valley Cruise. Skipper was very personable and knowledgeable with staff friendly and helpful. Very comfortable vessel with good viewing from most areas. Well worth the money.

We decided to go on the cruise to view Cataract Gorge and gladly say that we have no regrets. The boat captain, Chris was an interesting chap. He was sharing with us his personal experiences and even the history of the ports and docks in Launceston. Also shared with us the different good restaurants for us to dine at. The... More

Its a very resonably priced short tour (50 minutes) of part of the Tamar river and the Cataract Gorge. The company have longer cruises on a larger boat. This is great if your on a budget. The captain is great and knows his local history. Loved it very relaxing cruising in lovely old boat.

I am having real trouble understanding how this boat tour has got any positive feedback?! It is the most uninspiring boat tour I've ever experienced!! The views are very underwhelming... The highlights were two silos! The guide droned on about completely dull and useless information that no one in their right minds wanted to know, "this is a clock tower,... More

This was the most awful boat trip I have ever experienced. The captain spent a lot of time telling us about the local real estate, where we could get ten percent off lunch, and showed us silos, and decaying boats. We learnt little about the history of the area. The gorge is better viewed by foot. This was a complete waste... More

This is a great must do in Launceston. The tours run every hour and last about 50 mins. You learn so much about the area and the guy on board is so knowledgeable.
