- Bunny59Ottawa, Canada218 contributionsCool place to sun batheTerrific place to relax in complementary lounge chairs. All you have to do is buy a drink from them. Very good music plays all day and then live music starts in the evening. The Guitarist/singer we heard was awesome! The sand beach is soft and white and the waters were warm to swim in. There is a shower at the steps right behind the club. Two minute walk away is a really nice play area for children. Had to leave early but I think this would be an awesome spot to watch the sunset. Thanks so much for the great review, we really appreciate it! We hope to see you again soon at The Beach Club.Written January 19, 2020This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited January 2020Traveled as a coupleWritten January 14, 2020
- annlovettCoffs Harbour, Australia38 contributionsNew Years DayVisited sunset times at this very relaxed venue positioned right on the Glenelg beach . Was just like sitting on the beach in Bali... drinking cocktails with our feet in the sand. Staff were very attentive & food delicious. Prices were comparable to any restaurant. Watching a beautiful sunset sipping on a cocktail was just wonderful to bring in the New Year. Thanks so much! We're glad you loved it, hope to see you again soon.Written January 8, 2020This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited January 2020Traveled with friendsWritten January 5, 2020
- LisaMDLAdelaide, Australia2,128 contributionsPity about the premade cocktails … but I guess it shows they are busy!!!!We only had time for one pre-lunch drink, but it was a fun quick visit! We’d taken a loooong time to get to check this place out and had always assumed it was a very rigid and pricy ‘rent a booth’ arrangement with overpriced menus, so we had never bothered. It is that to a degree, if you want prime positions (fair enough), but we turned up on the off-chance and found you could in fact just drop in and just grab a deck chair and have a drink without a minimum spend….. well, a pre mixed drink that is! Efficiency but no flair! That was a bit disappointing! The glasses of wine seemed better priced than those ready made cocktails. Mental note for any future visit. Nice spot to chill out. Really good vibe of music - not too grating.Visited January 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten January 29, 2023
- Josephine M1 contributionHorrible experienceFirstly, we were told to arrive half an hour after our session started due to ‘bad weather conditions’ on a 24 degree day. Secondly when making the booking (11th if December for the 13th of Feb) we were never told there was going to be a concert in the beach which made our experience that much worse. This led to having the path to the nearest toilet blocked off. It made it feel like half our time there was spent walking back and forth. For a place that I’d designed for drinking you’d hope the toilet would be closer then what it was. Additionally, we weren’t informed when our tab was up. Instead they kept on asking if we wanted more drinks which caused me to pay more unexpectedly. Very disappointing birthday experience.Visited February 2021Traveled with friendsWritten February 26, 2021
- RetroMasterGMelbourne, Australia18 contributionsBuilt expectations but failed spectacularly. NOT a "super-premium offering from Europe and South East Asia".(prebooked for a summer Sat. day session) Feedback sent to venue: Receptionist checked son's ID (fair enuf) but then she got on her radio and broadcast across the entire venue “hey guys we have a 16 year old seating in ..". Wasn’t the specially marked wristband you provided sufficient? No need subject him to a public humiliation then paraded through the venue with all eyes on him. Forced to use the filthy and notorious public toilets a fair hike away. Couldn’t you organise some portables? The music was on Triple J radio all day, way too loud, with awful music littered with objectionable obscene and vulgar lyrics. Where were the "DJs on the weekend” or least music to suit a "super-premium offering"? A tiny glass of juice of mainly froth on a hot summer's day? The food portions were just as small and sad. Ice cream was already melted and disintegrated all over my hands and fell into the sand. No apology, just an eye roll and terse “well I wouldn’t know, I just got the top one from the freezer”. Reluctantly cleaned the mess and eventually brought another. “Super-premium offerings" don’t have kids zones. Website mentions a kids zone (fair enough, we were warned), but it’s not actually a zone, is it? Kids running throughtout venue, falling, hurt, crying, banging. I was pumped to finally see a bar on my beautiful hometown beach. Great opportunity in the perfect position. Sadly, NOT even close to the "super-premium offerings across Europe and South East Asia". Can't recommend.Visited January 2020Written November 3, 2020

The staff were very friendly and we didn't book a spot but there was plenty of bean bags! We did come back another night and the concierge said there were heaps of spaces but there was none so we missed out but still a lovely place. We did sit on the sand to watch the sunset right next to the bar area and got to enjoy the live music! Thanks so much for your review! To the right of the Pier is this lovely Beach Club. At busy times there is an entry fee but you get this back as credit for drinks/food. Comfortable bean bags, deck chairs and open rooms this is a great place to chill and relax. Very helpful bar tenders and good table service make this an easy place to love. Local Pale Ale slipped down easily! Get here early and if possible make a reservation. - Michael MSydney, Australia71 contributionsA wonderful experience!Exceptional service! Terrific ambience, literally having the wave break just meters away. Nice food, quite reasonably priced. Plenty of drink options (through I feel the cocktails may be a bit light handed in the alcohol content). Book a daybed or lounge and redeem the value of the booking fee in food, drinks or merch. It’s a pity it only seasonal (it packs up at the end of March daylight saving end). I’ll DEFINITELY be back next year!Visited March 2022Traveled as a coupleWritten March 22, 2022

Definitely recommend the Moseley Beach Club for a great day/night out.
We attended with a group of 8 after booking the sun lounges. The area was clean and sectioned off, and all staff were very friendly and attentive.
Drinks and food were all delicious and suited the venue well.
Only annoying thing was that the toilets are relatively far away, otherwise definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area.

Nearly booked the sun beds for our visit… pleased we didn’t in the end, had some great loungers in the second row with a view out to sea… couple of drinks and nibbles came to less than the 100 we would have spent.
If you are going for the free seats early is better otherwise it’s timing luck
If your bladder is weak…it’s a few mins walk out of venue to public toilets and back….
Good choice of food and drink options
Good vibe, good music, not too crowded in the day…would recommend!

Moms by tram from city and 4bucks…right to the door…easy

It’s very pleasant and if you’re getting in for free what’s to complain about. Free bean bag or deck chair (that rolls back the years).Drink and food reasonably priced. Nice music.
Not a European beach club though which at my age was a plus. No toilets or Wi-Fi. Not a complaint just informing.
Easy walk down to water and a short hop from Adelaide. Worth the A$100 for two sun beds? Yes if you’re staying for the full session cos can offset against food and drink.

Ok, so it's not Mykonos, but.. There is great food, music, fantastic service and an amazing beach with soft white sand. Highly recommend checking this place out. Service was fantastic, nice and spacious lounges with something for everyone. The toilets used are the public toilets about a 2 minute walk away. I'd definitely return when this is on again.
