A great way to fill in a sunday afternoon! Teaching our children the history of Carriages and how they are made as well as aboriginal history and about sustainable energy. The kids areas were interactive and kept the girls happy for an hour and a half. Definitely worth a visit!

This museum is a history of the area from prehistoric times until Cobb and Co ceased running. It includes a great Aboriginal section. Great sections for little kids with hands on activities. Something for everyone.

If you are interested in the history of the famed Cobb and Co stagecoach system that operated in early Australia, then this Museum will delight. It is filled with many different styles of stagecoaches, so you can see the development of this mode of transport over the years. Some of the other displays are a little hokey, but nevertheless, the... More

We visited this museum on a recent visit, and found it to be a very substantial and professionally run museum. I found it fascinating to discover how extensive the display was and what an important role Cobb and Co. played in Australia's history. It was a museum suitable for all ages - lots of hands on activities for kids, but... More

Great fun there, the children particularly enjoyed the play area based around a carriage as well as the energy exhibit and being able to watch the blacksmiths work. The cafe part was also enjoyable with the kids also having a playing area at the center where we could keep an eye on them.

Had a lovely meal at lunch - special Quiche of the Day with side salad. Simply delicious and priced well. Efficient and friendly service too. Will have to check out the museum when we return next time.

Coffee and cake at Cobb and Co is worth having. Service friendly and quick. This is only a small museum so don't expect to be entertained for hours unless you have a love of coaches
