A great walk or run along this walkway is a activity in the Port area. I've seen Dolphins and Whales regularly. The people you meet along the way are friendly and almost everyone has a smile to share. The plaques along the way provide good information on the geology and indigenous history of the area.

The coastal walk from Town Beach, Port Macquarie to Lighthouse Beach, takes in five beaches each a little different and you also get to walk in a rain forest, so it has it all. The Port Macquarie Hastings Council has put a lot of work into this walk way, it is mostly concrete paths, except for the beach and rain... More

Don't miss this walk. A great track with plenty of spots to take in the view. You can often spot whales and Dolphins. The southern end is a bit tougher if you want a bit of a work out.

This is an extensive path system that follows the shoreline...the views are tremendous. Take a pair of binoculars and water. There benches along the way to catch your breath.

Very nice walk. We started at the Breakwater wall, the kids enjoyed looking at all the painted rocks, along Town Beach, looked at surfers and went to the lookout, then back on the track to Oxley Beach. Enjoyable, with cafe along the way if you want to stop for a food break.

Well defined track which combines bush and beach walking. Parts of track can become impassible at high tide.

It's a beautiful walk with some great Cafes on the way. We walked from Town Beach to Flynns and it took just over an hour there and back with a cafe stop at Flynn's.

It was nice to walk along the coast in Port Macquarie. You can start and stop at many points. We walked in the evening and enjoyed the cool strong winds. We saw some dolphins playing in the sea. Nice place to walk and it is very leisurely. There are water refill points along the way.

Worth to do (part of) the walk. Try to go early before sunrise, many birds and you can see dolphins year around and from the lighthouse beach whales in the season. The whole walk is quite long especially when you have to walk same back:)
